The locals Old foragers 2.0 Wh HI 128.8pr
N: Slight bit of chocolate brittle up top. Mid way down, it gets a mallard reaction more. Maybe burnt cheese or sugar or both. Both. Slightly oaky. All put together, very nice and thick unified smell.

P: Peaches, apricots, red apples, alcohol burn.

F: Thick burn and sweetness. Lots of dry tannins. End very dry but not much oak.

O: Whew. That came on very strong. Especially on the finish. Maybe it was the time I took to write up the palate that got everything so hot for me. But I usually do that and this one was Wow!
