N: Up top it smells of cherry coke with a little raspberry twang. Rays of sweet citrus rind shine through as you arch you nostrils toward the bottom of the glass. Red apple skin is revealed at the bottom of this maneuver. As you break through that stratosphere, more volatile notes reveal soy sauce umami, nail polish, and post maillard baked vanilla pastry crust.

F:  Big sweet oak hits you at first. One of several waves to come. Second has a little more charcoal. Then one hits you with the fruit; melons, mangos, raspberries, apple skin, unripe melon, and soft oak envelope your mind for about 3-5 minutes. Seriously good.

O: This is one of the best bourbons I have had recently. It's unique and with the exception of the palate being static, it's exceptionally interesting. What a true pleasure to try.
