Peerless bourbon liquor barn 110.2
This is my first experience with peerless bourbon so let's just say I don't have a center for this. The reason why I haven't gone there is perhaps the fact that I first heard about them in Facebook
Nose: I am immediately met with warm fried Texas State Fair funnel cake that melts into peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream.

Palate: Bitterness and spice is accompanied by vending machine bubble gum.

Finish: This is where it shines. Wow. It's a roller coaster ride that goes from dry to savory/sweet to dry again. The center is deep, crunchy cashew butter. I'm over peanut butter, but I'm definitely not over cashew butter. It all ends in cinnamon, cayenne and baking spice.

Thoughts:
Well color me surprised and embarrassed. That is either a great brand or an exceptional pick. I'm getting a bottle of peerless the next time I come across it to be sure, but that is quite interesting. Tons of carnival desserts and treats. Good stuff.
